My real estate career began in 1984 in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, while attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I started as a property manager, overseeing 125 condominiums for Riparian Resort Properties, and it didn’t take long for me to develop a passion for real estate sales. After graduating, I moved to Orlando, Florida, where I joined ERA Preferred Properties as a sales agent. I quickly became the top salesperson at this top 50 ERA company and was honored with multiple recognitions at national ERA events in the early 1990s.
In the following years, I pursued my entrepreneurial aspirations by opening my own real estate brokerage, which I successfully operated for 13 years. In 2006, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty, where I’ve been privileged to work with an incredible team and serve countless clients.
Over my career, I’ve sold more than 1,000 homes and developed expertise in a wide range of specialties, including negotiation, REO (Real Estate Owned) and foreclosure transactions, short sales, new construction, corporate relocation, first-time homebuyers, and investment properties. Helping clients achieve their real estate goals continues to be my greatest motivation.
